根据变压吸附（PSA)原理，利用吸附剂本身对水蒸汽特有的亲和力，吸附压

缩空气中的水分。本设备制成双塔结构，在程序控制器（PLC)的控制下，两

塔交替工作，一塔在较高的压力下吸附水分，另一塔在较低压力下利用本身制

备的干空气来宪成水汽的脱W过程.连续循环地工作。

虽然设备要消耗一部分气量，但其绦合能耗要远远小于以变温吸附为基础的有

热再生干嫌机.因此是目府应用较广的压缩空气干嫌设备。
